We care for you. If you are above the age of 58 years, please advise us at the time of booking by giving us your date of birth. Our hotels have the added benefit for the senior citizen of offering a 10% discount of the accommodation. Subject to providing relevant ID upon arrival.

Families and Children

We love children accompanied by their parents. Some hotels are more children friendly than others. Why not give us your requirements and we will respond with some special deals.

Students

We understand the importance of your leisure time and also your budget. If you are coming to London in a group, we respectfully suggest that you ask your travel organiser to contact us, so that we can arrange special rates for your group.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is currently at 20%. The accommodation charges are subject to VAT at 20% which is a Government Tax and must be paid.

PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS CHECKING

All guests checking in must provide ID.

Photo-ID requirement for UK Residents:

Any guests who are a resident in the United Kingdom can provide Driver's License (UK&EU License only), Passport or any other ID type with the guest photo on it.

Photo-ID requirement for EU Residents:

Guests checking in from any of the European Union countries must provide either the ID Card or Passport upon check-in. We can also accept EU driver's license as a valid photo-ID.

Photo-ID requirement for Non UK/EU Residents:

Guests who are not from UK or any of the EU countries can only provide Passport as a valid photo-ID.
